All orders are handmade, and small/minor imperfections, waves, rough spots, color mixing, and bubbles are all considered normal in handmade items. These orders are made with love and attention to detail to ensure they look the best for our customers.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a replacement, exchange, or store credit.

Special Custom Orders are non-returnable. If you have a problem with manufacturing flaws, we are happy to speak with you and replace the item pending it has not been mistreated with 30 days of purchase.
